The Bella Terra Lunch & Land Walk Celebration set for July 28th

Posted on Jul 6, 2012

Join us! This lunch and naturalist-guided (or self-guided) land walk celebrates the donated Bella Terra Conservation Easement to Glacial Lakes Conservancy. It is GLC’s second project along the Pigeon River corridor in Sheboygan County.

This outdoor event is planned for Saturday, July 28th – weather permitting. The walk will feature the restored prairie areas of the property. The trails are mowed and easy to walk. For fun, a plant ID scorecard will be available.  A prize will be awarded to the person who can identify the most prairie plants!

Donations to GLC to honor this project will be accepted and appreciated. New memberships are encouraged.

Registration is required by July 26th. Free to GLC members and a $5 donation is asked from non-members.   Details will be provided at registration. To register your attendance or learn more, please contact our office by phone,  email, or send us this completed GLC Mail-in Registration-Donation Form.
